Lancer Networks: Port Progress Log #04

Although a bit delayed, the 4th Port Progress Log is here! This week some decent progress has been made on a number of different features, all shown below.

Searching characters no longer requires them to be tied – instead, they just have to allow you to tie them. Tying characters will force them into compliance.
If characters are untied, they have the option to resist your search attempt, preventing you from searching them.
We now have a local event command, just like on Clockwork, this time with the addition of a visual representation of the event’s range.
We now have a basic Protection Team menu for Civil Protection characters – a similar system that we had in Clockwork.
The ‘Identification Cards’ plugin has successfully been ported over to Helix, adding some fancy CID Cards for citizens.
Civil Protection riot shields, just like the ones we had on Clockwork.
The Sierra store has been replaced with the one from the older map.
