Lancer Networks: Development Blog #11

Yet another Development Blog! This week, the server sees a number of changes, fixes, as well as new additions, including Alcohol kegs, and fabricate-able glass bottles, among other things.

The Civil Protection ration dispenser now displays a cooldown message.
